Body Prayer Yoga
Yoga has become the answer recommended by many health professionals to their clients for overall well-being. I'm offering over 10 years of yoga experience to guide you through your yoga journey, whether in group classes or private instruction.
Body Prayer Yoga can benefit you with increasing your physical abilities as I include gentle warm ups, time to notice your breathing, and flows that tap into your own unique strength and endurance.
The pain you may be experiencing in your head, shoulders, neck, or back needs to be addressed and yes, yoga can be that answer. The physical poses can move you in ways that allow the tension to be released.
And what can follow is a newfound freedom you have been missing in your body.
That is using our body as a prayer in action.
