Go With the Flow Yoga Class
Sometimes, kids like to practice yoga and sometimes, they don't! And it's okay either way! Here, I flow through different forms of movement with my own children from shaking to sun salutations to a fun flow brought to you by my son, Logan. :) Just go with the flow and move the body while being mindful of alignment and having fun!

Heart Meditation
I offer a short but sweet guided meditation to soften the area around your heart, remembering it's okay to feel any big emotion within the body, then use meditation to connect with the breathe and bring some grounding to ourself.
