This restorative inspired yoga class will help move stress from your body, remind you how important mental alignment is, and guide where and why to apply essential oils on the body. Bring your mat, yoga bolsters/cushions (pillows if you don't have), blocks, strap, and favorite essential oils for this much needed session on taking care of something very important...YOU!
Some of my favorite essential oil suggestions for this class include lavender, frankincense, peppermint, and blends for muscle soothing, calming, and upliftment. We will start with gentle movement for grounding before guiding you through a powerful meditation and breathwork practice to truly connect with the Divine. Restorative yoga movement will cap off our time together, just in time to lead you into one of the most restful evenings of your life!
