Reusable Glass Water Bottle

From my fave brand, Lifefactory, this water bottle fits in most car cup holders and is perfect for adding a drop of lemon essential oil!

Dr. Bronner's Unscented Castile Soap

This is my favorite liquid, unscented soap to use to make my own foaming hand soap! If you can, see if your grocery store carries this for a cheaper price. :) If not, this is still a good deal!

DIY Foaming Hand Soap Recipe
-10 oz soap dispenser (see above)
-1/2 cup castile soap
-1/2 tsp jojoba oil
-10 drops of preferred essential oil, such as
Thieves
Lemon/Lavender combo
Tea Tree

Add the above ingredients into soap container
Gently swirl together
Fill container with purified water to the neck of bottle
Replace dispenser in bottle
Done!

Organic Jojoba Oil, 4oz

This is a great carrier oil option for filling in those roller bottles (see above). You can take your roller bottles with you on the go and use for therapeutic purposes such as chest relief, shoulder tension release, or as a perfume. 

Muscle Soothing Roller Bottle Recipe
-1 roller bottle (5 or 10ml bottle OR reuse your empty Young Living essential oil)
-Following drops of Young Living Essential Oils
3 PanAway
3 Peppermint
2 Lavender
Remove the roller bottle tip with clean hands
​Add the essential oils to your roller bottle
Carefully fill the bottle with jojoba oil or another carrier oil to the neck of bottle
Replace the roller bottle tip
Rub on location and enjoy!
